    Request:Repair

Figured I'd make yet another thread and add to the pile of people who would like to again allow people to request crafters to repair their gear to 150 percent condition. My FC leader is constantly breaking her gear mid dungeon from the pure amount of content she runs, and I'm sure she's not alone in this.

Please allow me to use my own dark matter to repair other people's gear at no charge inside dungeons. I would very happily sacrifice those items to avoid needing to abandon/wait on a replacement when someone's gear breaks.

    Thank you.

[afterthought: please allow dark matter to be gatherable]

I would support this. Not for the example of the OP but just to give noncrafters a way to repair gear with dark matter, their own dark matter like with melding requests.

    But...
At first it is the responsibility of the player to check if their gear is in a good enough condition to get a duty done before they start the duty.
After the OPs example the FC leader should figured out that he/she has to repair their gear by now and then and if he/she thinks then is better then now it's his/her fail when the gear breaks due to unforeseen circumstances.

Don't get me wrong this is a nice QoL but not a fix for the forgetfulness or sloppiness of your FC leader and his/her handling of their gear condition.

I have the same opinion on it as well. Sure, we all make mistakes from time to time (I've had gear break on me a time or two in duties), but if its a regular occurrence, that's solely that person's fault that it keeps happening.
