    Hmm, actually I don't think this is a bug anymore...

    I think it's because I decided to attempt Savage 2.0 before clearing 1.0 this week on this specific character, which is normal behavior?

    Apologies in that case...though it seems silly that just attempting 2.0 will disable 1.0 loot, whereas this does not apply in normal mode
