Level 30 New Bonus Reward Not Received

Steps:
1. I hit level 30, and I received an email with a 15 day free game time. However, I did not receive the 1,000,000 gil reward as stated in this post for rolling on a underpopulated server.
2. This is a new character. I have never leveled past 30 on FF14 before until now (I hit 30 a few days ago).
3. I checked my mail already, and I refreshed it several times, including pressing the request items button to refresh. I'm already level 51, and I still do not have my gil.

Ohhh, I misunderstood it. So I get everything BUT the 1m gil for being on a preferred world. Got it. Ty!
