Orchestrion Suggestion

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but...

Could we get some FFXI music for our orchestrions?

I know a lot of FFXI players also play FFXIV, and I think one of the best things about FFXI was the music and it makes me feel so nostalgic!

I think the Mog House theme especially would be wonderful to have for the Orchestrion.

Maybe...there could be some FFXI themed event and we could get some orchestrions from that?

I know this is a selfish suggestion, but I wonder if anyone else has the same idea..

Actually we've already had two different FFXI themed events in the game, so I don't see them running any more sadly (especially as FFXI is pretty much just on life support now development wise and is receiving no new story updates). Having said that, FFXI music did appear during those events (the first event featuring Shantotto had a remix of Feast for the Ladies from A Shantotto Ascension (it's even on the FFXIV ARR OST album re-titled as 'Reign of Pain'!), and the second event involving Iroha had Battle in the Overworld #1, Battle in the Dungeon #1, and Recollection, along with the nameless FFXI 'quest complete' fanfare.), so there is FFXI music in FFXIV's game files already, so it shouldn't be too hard to add these to the Orchestrion.

But I don't see them running another FFXI sadly.

Oh, I didn't know there were previous FFXI themed events!

It's a shame I missed them.
