Miner levequests are being counted as boatnist levequests for achievements

1. Complete a new miner levequest that you have not done before
2. The levequest will count towards botanist levequests achiements (With Axe in Hand) instead of miner levequests achiements (With Pick in Hand). While turning in miner leves, I obtained the achievement With Axe in Hand V.
3. Miner levequest achievement count status is not changing.
