Numerous errors at character creation birth date selection, present in every month

There are numerous data entry errors in the character creation birth dates for every month, leading to uncertainty about which date is actually being selected.

Every date after an error is offset, and some months contain multiple errors, causing discrepancies of several days to accumulate.
