Founding a new Free Company.

Hi everyone,

Currently level 42 as a paladin, and I'm looking at founding an FC.
I'm hoping to attract veterans and newcomers alike, I'm hoping to create an FC that has a good community but also has a fair and easygoing structure to the hierarchy and how the FC runs in general.

I don't get a massive amount of time to play the game myself. which obviously doesn't sound great when I'm looking to run an FC, but that's what I'm looking for, I don't necessarily want to run this on my own.

I'm hoping to find like-minded people who want to jump into this. I want to create a welcoming FC, one that actively looks to get out there and help other players, be it newcomers who are just getting a hang of the game, or people like myself who are getting there in terms of content, but might still have a ways to go and could use some help with certain aspects.

If I can get the ball rolling with this/get enough interest from people Ill go more in-depth on how I'd look to set up the hierarchy of the FC and how it'd generally run.
