Again with the back peddling. You specifically claimed ther were no 0-TP attacks to initiate combat. You were wrong, this is a prime example. You never claimed it i display one that was cross class (although I posted 7 others that were) nor did you specify its range. Range being irrelavent because you can use it at 0 yalms or 25 yalms and everywhere in between. SO if by melee you mean close range physical attack, then pierce damage at 0 yalms is exactly that.
