Aaaah... one of those runs again - while that sucks, I need to ask yout to put yourself in his shoes aswell:
Those dungeons have long cutscenes. Its a big designflaw and you'll be happy to hear that SE didnt repeat this mistake.
I recently did the last ARR-dungeon (Praetorium) for the friend of a friend. It took over an hour because they were watching cutscenes - completly fine because between the three of us we agreed on that being cool. But: An hour.
Those dungeons are basically 15 minutes action and 45 minutes cutscene.
I dont want to blame you or your friend for wanting to enjoy your journey there, hell no - but you please need to understand that you're asking 6 other people to just stand around and do nothing for 45 minutes while you watch your cutscenes.
Its not 5 minutes or something minor like that. Its an aweful lot of cutscenes - not your fault wanting to enjoy them, but I can also understand why someone doesnt want to go through that again. Its really bad design there.

I just wish, SE would resort to giving everyone a warning message before queueing for that dungeon - something along the lines of: "The following dungeons are very cutscene-heavy, make sure you're in a party that will allow you to watch them".
You can argue all about how we should all be patient and friendly and let new people just watch those cutscenes, but when that means that the rest of the party has to wait for 30-45 minutes that doesnt seem very reasonable to ask anymore, I'd say.

I can only urge everyone: If one of your friends reachs those dungeons: Grab them, grab a third person and do them unsyched. It will be a better experience for them and you wont make 7 strangers wait for a very long time.

(also: you can bypass the characterlimit by editing your first post)
