Go to system -> support desk in game, you can find your open tickets under information and/or under history. However, the history is only updated if a GM responds to your ticket, till then it should be under information. It does also take up to 2 hours before it's even displayed there, and it doesn't display RMT reports. (unless they changed that recently) The tickets are only for other problems that you might have had with either your account, you as a player itself, reporting other players due to harassment and general questions, that you might have had in the past and opened a ticket for.
