    How do I know if I have a ticket open?

    I recently just reported a pair for botting and even had a seperate post about it here. When I made my ticket to report them for cheating though I noticed that nothing popped up for me telling me I had an open ticket and even my report history hasn't been updated. Is there any way to tell if my report even got through to SE?

    Go to system -> support desk in game, you can find your open tickets under information and/or under history. However, the history is only updated if a GM responds to your ticket, till then it should be under information. It does also take up to 2 hours before it's even displayed there, and it doesn't display RMT reports. (unless they changed that recently) The tickets are only for other problems that you might have had with either your account, you as a player itself, reporting other players due to harassment and general questions, that you might have had in the past and opened a ticket for.
