    What is the best way to level up from 50 - 60 and on wards?

    So i'm trying to level up my RDM and I've notice that doing fates seems to be a wast of time cause no one does them any more.

    what is the best why to level up from 50-60 and on wards is it palace of the dead or just grinding dungeons?
