Can we please have the option to click R3 while holding triggers again?

Regardless of how someone adapts, the way controllers work now is a hindrance and not as fluid as it once was. There are so many times where I've eaten an AoE cause I'm trying to shuffle between lock-on and it not working cause I'm holding the triggers because I'm in combat as I naturally would be. Also, before hand I was able to attack whilst moving away out of a lock on and thus get more DPS.

I understand you guys added that new function, but this is honestly pretty terrible that you would hurt basic functionality just to achieve this. Please revert this back some how.

should be player assignable.

Like for me I would assign it to L2 + L3, as L3 currently does nothing for me. (Its not assigned to anything.) I use R3 for lock on specifically because using L3 for lock on causes some serious headaches. (As this is the button you move with and could lead to your death if you accidentally lock on at the wrong time.)
