What was your ACT saying in JP?
Basically your goal to try not to have full Aetherflow before Broiling?

I try to be at 2/3 stacks so that using broil gives me 3/3 and I can then use lustrate to get back to 2/3 and then repeat. When aetherflow is about to go off cooldown (if I use all my stacks) I use all the stacks with lustrate and then aetherflow again.

Don't use ACT D:
Having a third-party program tell you when things are being cast that you otherwise cannot see unless you are targeting/focus that person is unfair.

I've changed my opinion on some things and also learnt some new things:
- Purify/Safeguard is a better default option. I still think concentrate is better for healing against Monk bursts because shielding is really good and sucks if you're interrupted.
- You can Physick and then immediately Lustrate to gain +15 Faerie Gauge even if your party member is at 99% HP. The Lustrate isn't actually healing, but I think the server doesn't register the Physick heal yet so you still gain the bonus from Lustrate. Good for building Faerie Gauge early in the match so you don't have to go on an almost suicide mission to build Faerie Gauge at the beginning. You're going to have to use a stack at the beginning anyway so that your Broil can give you a stack, so this is a nice way to use that stack.
- I normally don't Adloquium at the beginning to gain Faerie Gauge faster, but against high sustained DPS (like Bard, Summoner, Dragoon) it can be worth it to start ahead.
- I think you should let Tank, Melee and Ranged take the medals first, and you should take it last, or take it if it's something like 25 medals and won't give you a stack. If you die, very often someone else also dies, but if a DPS dies instead of you, then it's not as bad of a situation. Usually a melee will take it once they realise you're not going to take it. Sometimes a ranged will take it instead, which isn't ideal, but still better than you having it in my opinion. Worst case scenario a tank overstacks, but if a tank thinks overstacking is better than letting the medal return to the enemy, then that's too bad - don't take this risk if it's near the end of a match because you might not be able to intentionally let the tank die - so take the medal. Teammates can panic if they expect you to take the medal but you don't, so be careful about this.
- Never use Physick except when there's no fighting going on (to build Faerie Gauge) or when you can't use Broil because you don't have MP.
