Just wait for monday's maintenance for the actual patch notes. In the interview, Yoshi simply stated that there will be numerical buffs to MCH and SMN in patch 4.06 (released on tuesday), and that systemic changes would take a while longer.

Lol. I wish it was true. Those "leaked" changes looked really nice.

Seriously though. I hope they look at those changes. They fix the "why even overheat?" issue and the promotion ideal is just icing on the cake.
