Anyone Else Find Sprint No Longer Using TP Making Tanks Even Worse?

Or those times that the Healer has to look away from the screen for a split second, because we healers are not FFXI Trust NPCs. We are humans who have very human RLs, and sometimes someone will pop in and talk to me RL, or my attention will be ripped away by something like the phone ringing, or maybe I'm trying to take a sip of water near the end of a pull and .....

SOME... tanks will sprint WHILE THE FINAL MOB IS STILL ALIVE.

I mean, really, dude? How about finishing the first pull before you begin the next?

Or how about Loot Windows? As a healer, I need time to roll/pass on loot and the only time I get _IS_ between pulls. But, if the tank is going to mash his sprint button and take off like a rocket regardless of whether or not I'm ready... bad things will happen.

It comes down to the tank thinking that he alone has authority over the whole group, when in fact the healer is more the deciding factor of who lives or dies. The tank can't tank anything without heals, lol. Him running away from the very thing that can save his life is not very smart.
