    [Minor] The Confederate Falcon Porter

Like the Chocobo Porters in Eorzea, the Falcon Porters in the Othardian regions appear to have a sort of company uniform. Unlike the poor Chocobo Porters and their bright yellow aprons, the Falcon Porters only need a falcon mask to pass muster.

    In Kugane:

    In Namai:

And even on the Dawn Throne:

As well as the allegedly secret hideout of the Doman resistance:

However, one fellow does not wear the falcon mask: the Falcon Porter at Onokoro, the headquarters of the Confederacy.

Is there a reason why? He's wearing a bandanna, so it can't be some aversion to headwear. He's presumably an employee of whoever owns the falcon porters, and yet he is exempt from wearing the bird hat, when even the rebel and the steppe warrior are required to do so.

Notably, while the Falcon Porters, including the Confederate one, have the exact same spiel when asked about the Falcon Porter system (which sounds suspiciously like the Chocobo Porter spiel, with the relevant portions snipped and replaced), there is one Falcon Porter who does not have the same scripted speech: the Blue Kojin Falcon Porter. Instead, he says something which is more or less the same message, but worded differently.

He also does not wear the bird hat. I think in his case, it's probably an issue of head shape.

I found it a little weird to see falcon porters at some places like the Dawn Throne.

The Oronir don't really seem like the sort who'd be willing let just anyone up into their place of residence, unless the implication is that having to actually visit a porter before it can be used isn't strictly a gameplay mechanic.

I vaguely recall lots of "YOU ARE NOT WORTHY" from the Oronir guards regarding ascending the Dawn Throne before the MSQ leads us there, but it's possible this is an already-qualified Oroniri woman who decided to get a job as a Falcon Porter.

Which just turns the question into whether Oronir, or Xaela in general, are accepting of members who go to the city to get salaried jobs (or commissions, I suppose) that station them back with their tribes in the Steppes.
