    No, but it does buff Requiescat which indeed was what was said.

    I keep seeing that Goring first then Requiscat is the best opener. But then there is also starting with Req. then using FoF after is best? Or starting with FoF then using Req buffed by FoF?

    It really depends on the party composition IMO. If you have NIN+DRG/SAM, I think Starting with Goring into Requiescat is better. However, if you're paired up with a Monk, I think starting with FoF is better cause Brotherhood only affects physical, and the weaponskills you're doing also help the Monk out.

    The difference between both openers seems to be really small.

    The difference is really small which opener you select. Do whichever one fits the given encounter better.

    I usually drop SW and CoS before GB during the Req opener only because it'll be back up pretty close to when I pop FoF. And I'm too cheap to use pots, lol.
