The game provided alternative ways for leveling. Isn't the aim to be simpler?
What's wrong with a little party coordination? Each role can play to their strength and cover other weakness.

Will the talents system purely for leveling? I don't see how it brings anything useful other than complexity compounded on top many different fights.
At max level, people will just ask "What's best rotation/gear/job for this/that", and they end up only running the same instances over and over
instead of adapting to different dungeons/trials.

Lol. Thanks for the laugh. As SMN, I haven't find any problems in leveling roulettes. Bahamut is a glorified pet buff.
Skills and buffs are upgraded, but by no means its any different from level 20 buffs the pets already have since unlocking at level 30.
