Pots for PLDS

I Googled a bit and couldn't find an answer. I'm considering pots for content, just for that extra little bit during good burn times, but I don't know which to get.

Would a STR infusion be the way to go, and use it when I hit FoF? Our biggest numbers come from Holy's though, so would we pop a different pot right before Req > 5*Holy's?

Does Holy increase with STR, or off our main VIT, or off INT since it's magic dmg?

Infusion of Strength HQ is what i'm using. Holy Spirit does to the best of my knowledge scale with strength.

I usually do Fast Blade -> Riot Blade -> Infusion of Strength -> Goring Blade -> Holy Spirit spam -> Fight or Flight -> Goring Combo -> Royal Combo x2 and it expires around this time.

I'm going to see if the STR pot buffs Holy tonight, do some testing on a dummy. If it doesn't, I think I'm going to weave the pot in right after Holy's, but before the first swing of the GB combo. That way it will fall off with FoF, and I don't have to weave 2 cooldowns in right before the Goring Blade swing.

It will affect it. It also affects the potency of clemency.

It scales off of attack potency, therefore strength. Old HW Vit/STR system allowed for vit to increase it too but not anymore.

throwback to the time at 5am during an ixion camp where my brain was so damaged i actually melded a secondary gearset full with int 6 materia because the description of int said 'increases attack spells for tanks' so i was like 'pld has the only actual spell' and tested it...
