New World and World Population Balancing Incentives

Not sure where to post this, so general it is! But I was just wondering if/when the Free company incentive was going to happen, I haven't seen any information and though I don't think I have I may have missed something.

For those who may not know, this is the line I'm talking about posted back in June.

"We plan to continue introducing new incentives and updates following the release of 4.0, including bonuses to accommodate the transfer of entire free companies and free company housing."

I think the transfer of FCs and FC housing isn't going to happen until at least 4.1, which is around the scheduled release of the Shirogane housing to the masses. Along with that, they also said something about being able to move your FC house from The Mist/Goblet/Lavender Beds to Shirogane. Don't know if/when that's happening, though.

Centershock hit the nail right on the head. This will take some time still and Shirogane should be linked to it going by any logic. (Some think it might be right after Shirogane, as most servers fill up really fast anyway and people left out again will have more 'incentive' by default. These "extra's" might then push several free companies over, etc.)
