BF bought the full game (RR, HW, SB) pack and is getting "code invalid"

Or if you did do the steam trial and tried to add the non steam code, one would have to create another mogstation account and start from scratch *I think anyway.* And if this is the case, Square-Enix isn't likely to help you resolve this due to whatever thing they have going with steam.

Try this, log into the ffxiv store, go to orders and then click unlock code/key
log into the mog station and click account
Set up a subscription (this is the important part, without it, you won't be able to do anything, and back in the day that could only be setup with logging into the mog station) and then you should see a button that says register key, click that and put the code in that you have, make sure you're registering one after another starting with the ARR key (unless he bought complete edition but I think even then you have more then one code)
Follow the prompts on the screen, confirm.

Now do the same with the other ones, but this time the button should say register expansion, follow these for the HW/SB expansions and then after you're done with that, click the Log out, that's it, now he should be able to log into the game itself via launcher. If that's the case, log back onto the mog station, and redeem your bonus items if you have purchased the collectors edition, if not ignore it. Lemme know if it works, if not please post the error you guys are getting, and I try taking it from there. GL
