But SE specifically said you must enter the house to reset the timer. Even if you're online every day if you don't enter the house for 45 days it gets demolished.
Yes sorry, I misread your post (should have drank coffee first...) I thought you were talking about the handful of people who claim they had gone in their house, but still lost it etc. My apologies for the confusion.
If you are capable of resetting the timer by stepping in it, and it should not have been at the 30 day mark then yes it is a bug and should be reported. If after providing all the information to them in the bug report, it gets moved to "Working as Intended" then we'll know they changed it intentionally.
Is it actually always counting down? I enter my house every day, and I've never seen an auto demolish timer. I do own it.
It leads me to believe that it actually starts the day after you leave your house.

You won't see notification of it until towards the end when notifications start getting sent out.
It won't appear until at least 30 days have passed. From http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...3e7ccabefa9954
Steps Prior to Demolishing
Thirty days of inactivity
A notification indicating that the estate is being prepared for auto-demolition will appear in the Timers interface in the Duty tab of the Main Menu.
Alright, thanks. that was somewhat confusing to me.
