Does anyone have a Deltascape 3.0 Savage Pos macro?

On PS4 and the macros make a lot of things easier for that fight saving time and clearing up spot issues ahead of time because I'm pugging it, but it's impossible for me to easily copy paste in-game. Does anyone have a link to reddit or anything that has one of these macros laid out for me to copy over? I'm mainly referring to a macro that will give Cardinal positions for Queen's Waltz and spots for book phase during Folio precisely, just something simple that you can tap a button and give everyone a spot to save time in groups debating where they stand and arguing over who was in what spot and such.
