Lobby server connection error 2002

Are you using a connection program like WTFast or just regular connection? PC , Steam or PS4?

My friend just manually selected a connection and seems to work if using WTFast, Steam some players are having issues so that could be an issue I would ask them. PS4 seems to be an on off thing.

Try resetting your router, make sure your band with isn't being used by too many users.
