Free Company Finder

Would it be possible to add an FC finder because having shout spammed with wallsoftext in all zones is getting a tad annoying, not to mention the billion you see in party finder that you have to scroll past, you can use the tabs yes, but a lot of players mark their fc recruitment with roulette expert or some such just so they get attention.

Yes it is actually weird there is no way ti check a guild list ingame..maybe lodestone

I can agree that this would be a nice feature to have. Maybe even just a list of the Free Companies on one side of the window, and on the other side just the Free Companies profile? Anyway, it would be really nice to have this.

100% agree... would make recruiting easier.... might see more rp too since people could see fcs that cater to that..

As a lead of a growing free company I do try to limit my /shout to when I log in and log out but on recruitment days I also do one shout during the day. I also do prefer the /tell if I see someone that may benefit from us and vis versa.
I would love to see a Free Company search implemented into the Player Search or somewhere and maybe an in game recruitment centre/board so companies looking for members can post there what they want/need or tell everyone about themselves and what they hope to achieve as an FC, it could also have players looking for a particular free company like raiders etc. I don't know, but we need something!
I also wish there wasn't so much stigma around free companies recruiting, I don't know about anyone else but I want more friends

I dunno if a dev/SE staff have seen this, but I would still love to see this implemented! Definetly woud be a big plus and people could just tell their friends to look up their Free Company in the Finder and easily apply!
