Animal motifs for RDM/SAM?

So it appears, through PVP gear and general background lore, that a lot of classes appear to have animal motifs.

For example, Monks have the coeurl, as we see in Temple of the Fist, their first set of artifact gear (Temple) and the Sphairai relic. Then, you have Paladins with lions, as shown from their mount and Lionsmane PvP gear, as well as Astrologians, with them being mages of Sharlayan, sharing the same 'owl' theme with their Owlsight gear.

The question is - what about Red Mage & Samurai? Do we know of their motifs, if they even have one?

redmage would be a chicken, le coq, since half of its skills are french-named.

They currently just use the same sets as BLM/SMN and MNK respectively. Neither have anything I can think of to suggest animal motifs unique to them.

Aside from their generalist skillset Red Mages are know for one thing: Being incredibly flamboyant. With that in mind a peacock would fit them fairly well.

I agree with Peacock for Red Mage so much. Something that likes to show off would be perfect for Red Mage + the rapier could do cool things with a beak-design,

A Fox is far more fitting for Red Mage.

A Tiger would be a good fit for a Samurai.

peacock was already taken from memory by bard and mch, the old pvp has a lot of animal motifs everywhere,
