Very true, but to decrease the frustration we can give helpful advice about how to play the mode, not just classes. It's difficult when's players don't want to learn, but there are some that would be willing.
You can know your class like the back of your hand, but if you don't know what to do in the match will hinder more.
Marking and fallouts for example. From matches I played last night, players don't know how to follow or use them properly. Someone calls out for melee and everyone scatters to solo a player or 2v1. This makes it harder to take a player out, like the healer, and ends up waisting the teams and your time. This is are only way to communicate so we need to teach how to use it right.
