You are aware that the only reason it became a problem was do to returning players and the expansion right? SE focused and even rewarded for leaving Balmung as an incentive that players took of their own free. I'm glad other servers were mellow, it doesn't take a genius to see that this was going to happen specially after HW.

Wrong. Balmung's exploding population has been a problem for a long time, it was just made WORSE by the expansion. I was on Balmung for the first half of Heavensward, so I'm aware of it's issues. Not to mention all the threads Balmung players, and friends of Balmung players, create complaining about all of the various issues they have.

Well I didn't say all Balmung players I said most. what I was trying to say was due to most Balmung people wanting to stay put and Balmung being over subscribed to the point of server failure, transfer are not going to open up any time soon if ever

Balmung is not my home server by a long shot I do happen to have a lvl 30 charciter I transfered over before the lock down was put in place, atm I have no desiere to login to Balmung after interactions with Balmung players outside of the game

Problems such as? Housing? 90002 errors? Player conducts?

Housing: main issue being it's legacy and popular RTM , there are plots own by them and sold on line no surprise and hard to proof for SE on who they are.

90002 : Server congestion ( almost all servers during release not just Balmung ) that is with every expansion on any MMO game known fact people are impatient, and eventually goes away as it settles down. Over populated, well it is a legacy server what did you expect? Same thing can happen with any server, inactivity can trough off capacity. Only really had an issue a few times during early access and on occasions not constant like most people have posted. Some of those issues could be avoided if people would step back and look at the bigger picture. Also DDOS attacks are out of SE controls it happens lots of trolls out there. PS4 issues, do to sony and they still have issue.

Player conduct: too many people are delicate and think they are special can't blame the product for human behavior. Everyone pays a fee. People get shun for not knowing their job, or not willing to try that is a not a problem by SE it's a community based problem.

Any in particular that I've missed? These seem to be the hot topics as far as I know. Most just seems to lacking patience, common sense, or want a trophy for just trying. -.-

Yeah I'm not even sure what you're talking about at this point. I'm referring to issues that come from squeezing 25,000 people on a server that should hold half that and you're talking about player conduct and people wanting a trophy for trying.

In the mean time you can cross server party, did you guys use discord? can communicate that way as well and do at least some content together while you wait ^^.

I know there is that and its what keeps me logging on tbh. So thank you for your kind words. I knew me posting this would get people that were more aggressive and like " Sucks for you." Sorts of mindset because some people want to keep Balmung closed forever and leave the population as is. Which is understandable but A closed off world will suffer eventually. I have a feeling SE is attempting to find a way to manage the big servers more and allocate space to the larger more desired servers. Like you said, it will take time and to just do what I do.... so thank you again, you are a kind soul.
