Having problems getting "primal Nature" quest

I got a job level boost+ scenario skip few weeks ago.
My Quest Journal says I already complete the 'In a Titan spot' which is requirements quest to unlocks Primal awakening, and Primal Nature.
but the problem is Urianger is not giving me both quest. I ask support desk for help so many times and what they can say is write in the forum.
Plz anyone having this problems?

The scenario skip potion unlocks all the hard mode primals, which would include the quest you mentioned having completed "In a Titan Spot". The skip doesnt automatically unlock the extreme primals or the coils, which is what youre looking at doing. Have you actually completed Titan(hard)? Its possible that even though you have it unlocked you still have to do the fight before the game will let you move on to the next unlock. Check your Duty Finder list, if there isnt a check mark next to this fight(id actually check navel hard, howling eye hard and bowl of embers hard) than its something to try. Otherwise sometimes an NPC wont give a quest, but will once you leave and return to the area. One final thing to check(im just listing thoughts) is that some NPCs move around during the story. You can only get their quests by talking to them in the right location. I dont think Urianger has this issue, but just to be sure these quests are given out in the walking sands, not somewhere else.

Gonna echo Frizze. While the scenario skip potions mark everything MSQ-related as complete, I don't think that the game itself counts the dungeons as "complete" in the same way they would be if one ran them through normally, because there have been instances where I've landed in HW leveling dungeons with a potion user, and they still receive the mapping achievements and a newbie bonus appears (and none of the other players have been new since they usually had multiple classes at level cap or close to it).

Would be worth trying out Garuda, Titan, and Ifrit HM (all of which can be easily unsynced with 2 or 3 people, if not just outright soloed), and see if running and completing the trials prompts Urianger to give you the Ex unlocks and Coil unlocks.
