Local Leves with more syths

...The biggest disparity between battle and local leves, though, comes from the fact that you can SEE marks gained through battle leves...

I donno... ~10k / cycle vs. ~80k / cycle (or whatever; ball park numbers) seems like a pretty big disparity to me.
