Stormblood accessing problems

So stormblood is out now and i'm pretty sure it holds lots of promising and fun content in this expansion. Though there's one thing that it keeps me worry sick over some days by hearing some disturbing stories about people having a massive corrupted error or something that's making players not accessing stormblood or the game. Also hear that there's a solution even SE posted the solution by reinstalling the game re-downloading everything from scratch. This is pretty much bad for my health since i suffer of paranoia and i'm really bad with fixing programing stuff since it beyond my understanding. Going to buy the expansion this weekend but i'm not sure if i should risk it. So has the problem been solved or SE hasn't do anything for it?

Ah, almost forgot this detail. i forgot to mention that this happens in the ps4 system and I tend to have a ps4 pro. So i will appreciate the replies from your experience guys.

I'm on PS4 and I never had this issue. I think they already fixed the problem since it was a time when everybody was downloading the patch, causing high traffic to their servers that was what caused the issue your talking about. I don't think its a problem anymore so its safe to go and buy it without any worries

You're probably talking about the error that would happen if your system was improperly shutdown while you were connected to the game (seemed to happen to most people due to unexpected power outages). That was a huge problem specifically to ps4 users, and would cause your data to be corrupt and would require you to redownload the entire game in order to fix it. They have since fixed that error though I believe.
