For the same reason I can press Rage of Halone without the combo active.I have an idea, not sure if it's a good idea.
I often, while playing RDM, hit Jolt while under the Dualcast effect thus wasting said Dualcast. Now I'm not sure how Jolt plays into a lv70 rotation while Dualcast is active but I feel as though, if it's never meant to be cast while Dualcast is active than why be able to cast it at all?
More to the point.
Is it possible to have an added effect on the Dualcast buff that prevents the casting of Jolt so I can stop wasting Dualcast? Please?

I main warrior so I know what you're talking about but I think the Dualcast thing is a bit different. I have had moments on warrior where I screwed the combo because of lag. The only way you know Dualcast is active is by looking for the buff itself whereas your example is a chain of combos.
The buff that comes up EVERYTIME you cast a spell isn't enough for knowing Dualcast is available? The glowing boarder around Verstone/Verfire isn't enough indication? The only reason I can see those being missed are:
1. Lag so bad it actually doesn't let you get skills off
2. Playing with your HUD completely invisible
3. Not looking at the screen and watching Netflix instead
Did I miss one?
It's also the only pink-ish coloured buff you see as a RDM 99.99999% of the time(not even sure if there is another one that is that colour anyways).
