I have submitted 2 tickets regarding this issue in the past week and half with no response. I have 2 characters and only my legacy character Nao Ito is not receiving cracked clusters from the roulette. Please respond as I am missing out on very valuable rewards.

Hmmm and you were the role that was in need correct? otherwise you don't get it. had a friend who was having same issue until he realized he was playing the wrong role.

Lol, I've never once seen DPS as the needed role. It's 90% tank, 10% healer. Sorry, DPS don't get rewarded.

I see that now but they should adjust this display to the bottom to make it more obvious that a tank or healer is required to get this bonus, the way it looks now is that this is the reward regardless. It needs a separated category.

Ah no wonder it's the PS4 screen shot. Yeah on PC is different so their interface does need a major touch up. When I looked at it I was what? haven't used my PS4 for it in a while.
