yep. i did that. The video card you have needs an additional power cable connected to it from the power supply.
You can see where it plugs in on the corner of the card.
See page 5 of the installation guide for details.

Did you do that?
I think maybe i messed up somewhere. when the connection all the wires from power supply to the motherboard. Are there any setting up guide for this?....
Your motherboard manual is here: http://download2.msi.com/files/downl.../E7693v1.1.zip
Section 2-9 (page 25)
You should have an 8-pin and a 24-pin connection from your power supply to your motherboard.

Do you hear it beep on start up? Did you reformat the hard drive that has windows? If Not that could be a big reason why your having all the problems you're having. If you left windows from ur old machine your gonna need to wipe it.
You'd have to follow both you're case's manual as well as the motherboard for all the bottom hook ups that go from the case to the bottom of the motherboard.
Than you should consult your power supply manual and the motherboard manual for the right hook ups. Certain power supplies have certain ways especially if they have multiple rails, its highly important.

you can try that website and see If it will help you. I can't exactly be sure cause I build computers like looking at the back of my hand but it's worth a shot to look over.

No need to format anything. You can actually use an old windows installation for a new PC but it is not recommended as it can cause problems. The easiest way to find the problematic part is to remove all stuff that isn't needed to go into the bios screen(HDD, DVD-ROM). After that reset the bios either with the button for it(if there is one) or by removing the bios battery for a few seconds. Then you might want to check if your GPU's fan spins up. You can also try a different PCIe slot for the GPU. Make sure all power inputs on the mainboard and GPU are connected. It might also be a loose contact so try moving the connectors a bit when the PC is off.
So my hdd with the old window 7 is fine?
