Game Frozen

Hello;

I was playing earlier today with no issues at all. After taking a couple-hour break, I logged back into the game just fine, with an "excellent" connection even. However, as I entered the game, everything was just frozen: no characters moving, no skills going through, and even logging out of the game takes a few minutes.

I thought this might be from my connection, but I ran a speed test and kept getting a 90-100 mbp/s. I tried logging from both my desktop AND laptop (using both WiFi and Ethernet connections) but it did the same thing on both devices. I also restarted my router and devices multiple times but the issue just wouldn't get resolved.

What may the problem be? And, is anyone else facing the same issue?

What was your upload speed when you did the test? This and latency is the main thing you need to look at when doing that test. You can run this game fine if you are running at 10mbits / sec if you're upload speed is fine, usually at least 5mbits / sec.

I sometimes forget and leave torrents running ect, which doesn't hinder my download, but my upload and it reaks havoc with this game. If it's doing it on multiple systems, this is most likely the culprit, or server load, since it is tuesday and the weekly crap resets.

My latest results were 92 download & 21 upload.

If there is no other explanation then it is most likely the latter. I do not have anything running on the background of either devices.
I have no choice but to keep trying.

Update: 2 hours later and i'm still facing the same issue. I tried re-installing the game just to see if it'll help but it did not.
