So I've been digging around and can't seem to find anything, is the stat priority for bard the same as other dps with DH on top? Or do they get more value from crit?
Thank you in advance

I haven't seen anything as far as mathcrafting goes but I don't see DH hit passing Crit on a Bard simple due to how our class works. I'm sure there's probably a sweet spot where it starts to lose its returns per point, but more crit means more procs means more dps so me personally Im going crit>DH>Det/SS.
Crit is the important stat and nothing else is close. crit>dh>det>sks
Skillspeed and det might be close but honestly with how many oGCD casts we do I'd rather just have lower skillspeed so that I clip less.
Crit is king for Bard's, the only time DH should have greater priority than Crit is when you need to get to the accuracy cap for an end-game boss.
So crit over all and DH following further behind, got it. Thank you all
Direct Hit has nothing to do with accuracy. DH replaced Accuracy in Stormblood.
In-game description of Direct Hit. Pardon the low stats >_> Haven't melded mch yet since it's not my main anymore.
Anyway, accuracy is a hidden stat now that is basically determined by your level compared to the target's level, so your accuracy will be 100% vs. a target that is the same or lower level than you. Exceptions to this are receiving negative status effects like blind/accuracy down, or if the target has abilities that buff evasion.
My bad on the mis-information. I just came back from a long hiatus and wasn't aware of the change. So we no longer have to worry about raid bosses? I'm guessing they are all Level 70 mobs?Direct Hit has nothing to do with accuracy. DH replaced Accuracy in Stormblood.

Its not official, but these stats seems right for me.

I really wish I was better at doing the math myself, it really seems to me that SS would be a bit better than most findings show considering they also affect your DoTs which with Crit as a main focus should theoretically boost how many procs you get and thus your overall damage. Looking like it doesnt matter so much right now though since DH is such an easy choice and a lot of the crit focused gear right now typically carries enough SS to break you into a decent enough range without prioritizing it.
Yup, so far! Accuracy is just a penalty in that you don't really feel stronger just adding more and more of it to meet accuracy checks, so they removed it. It's especially nice for healers now that we don't need to meld accuracy in every materia slot just to hit bosses.
I'm pretty sure SS increases DoT damage, but not DoT tick speed. I could be wrong, but SS and Det were pretty close in weight for 3.x bard, and they buffed determination with Stormblood. Anyway, we'll see when people start putting out official stat weights for jobs.
