Bard stat priority

Crit is king for Bard's, the only time DH should have greater priority than Crit is when you need to get to the accuracy cap for an end-game boss.

Direct Hit has nothing to do with accuracy. DH replaced Accuracy in Stormblood.

Anyway, accuracy is a hidden stat now that is basically determined by your level compared to the target's level, so your accuracy will be 100% vs. a target that is the same or lower level than you. Exceptions to this are receiving negative status effects like blind/accuracy down, or if the target has abilities that buff evasion.

My bad on the mis-information. I just came back from a long hiatus and wasn't aware of the change. So we no longer have to worry about raid bosses? I'm guessing they are all Level 70 mobs?
