Hello, I recently started to play final fantasy 14 and have been enjoying the game for 2 months so far, but last thursday I ran into a rather nasty issue.

I already bought game time time once before and I expected it to be no more than a routine this time so I was surprised to see I'm not allowed to pay due to error i2501 with the error message suggesting me to contact player support.

I didnt rush to write to the support, instead I tried to buy game time about 5 hours later again but I got the same error once more and decided to contact player support who subsequently said they can't resolve this on their own and will need to forward my inquiry to a different department therefore I should just wait for their reply on the e-mail I provided.

It's been 5 days since then but I still didnt get a reply and I still cant pay for subscription.

I tried to pay again on friday and on saturday and I was getting error 601 on those attempts. I wasnt sure what to make of it so I contacted player support on friday as well regarding that error, I got the same reply as previously and still wasnt contacted since then.

Search on the web suggested me to stop trying to pay for subscription and wait about a week or something before trying to pay again, therefore I didnt pay since last saturday but such solution if its even one is hardly comforting so in spite of silence of player support service and rather vague answers on the internet I would like to ask people around these forums to advice me what can I do about this now?

tl;dr: paid for subscription once before, now upon trying to pay I got error i2501 first and later error 601, what to do?
