322 AST LF 3+ Day/week Static

General Info

Greetings everyone! After some disagreements about what makes a raid team a raid team I've decided to part ways with my current static and move onto something a bit more hardcore. I'm a 12+ year MMO veteran with plenty of raid leading/guild leading experience in World of Warcraft and experience raiding at the US top 10 level over within that game. As far as FFXIV is concerned I've been playing for about a year now however I've only started to raid at a serious level since March of this year. Since then I've been able to start from scratch with 0 raid experience, clear A12S, and become adapt enough to raid lead current savage fights pre-echo. I am a very determined player who will do what needs to be done to clear all raid content when current!

Experience

O1S O2S O3S all cleared. I want to state that I don't think this current tier of content is at all challenging so expect me to be able to compete when the content gets harder as well! As far as my prior MMO experience I won't list it all here due to it being lengthy but I am capable of providing video references of my guilds accomplishments and my own personal achievements throughout my adventures so please ask away!

What I'm Looking For

I am seeking a group that is capable of clearing all raid content this game has to offer in a timely fashion pre-echo. I am capable of raiding 3+ days a week any time/day during the summer and for the school semester I will balance my schedule around my raid groups so there will be never attendance issues! I am looking for a group that has a positive mindset and friendly atmosphere. I am looking for a group of players that commits to their scheduling and has complete control over it. I balance my real life around this game and am capable of adjusting my schedule to fit group needs. I expect you guys to do the same. I do not want constant raid rescheduling or even missing raid nights due to "unexpected" situations that happen every other week. I am not interested in screaming and yelling and pointing fingers mid progress nights. I would prefer a group where people are 25+ years old and have the mentality of someone that age. I love to have fun as well. But focus during raid is extremely important for me, and I expect that from the group as well.

What You Can Expect From Me!

I am fully aware of my own lack of experience within this MMO however I feel as though a great deal of the skills I acquired throughout my time in WoW translate to this game as well. I feel like I am capable with guidance of performing at the very top level and will do what is needed to ensure that I do just that. I'm a family oriented 26 year old living with my fiance. Extremely mature and a strong distaste for nonsense during raid. You can expect me to be one of the most dedicated players to boss research and raid analysis and will always strive to ensure bosses die in a timely fashion!
