SuperZay is correct, aslong as there is a demand for gil the sellers will be here. Buyers need to be permabanned and not given any warnings or a termpban. SE needs to send a message that buying means goodbye to your account.

There's actually been research done that shows gilbuyers stop sooner if temp banned. Permabanning them just makes them create new accounts and buy more.
