    Ressurect, Raise, Raise II, and Rebirth animations

    I know that animations will be touched up in the near future, but I was wondering if adding some kind of animation to the Resurrect, Raise, Raise II, and Rebirth spells is somewhere on the to do list.

    Maybe a pillar of light (or something like that) could come up from the dead body right after the spell was cast? Maybe for Rebirth it could be extra bright, or something?

    It's just kind of lame that there's currently no animation, in my opinion.

    A little more variety in those spells would be great to see =) Haha, I kinda miss the tiny cherub that would appear in classic FF games when you use Life on someone.

    Agree with different animations for these.. Resurrect especially should have some epic triumphal column of light with tiny cherubs and stuff

    Animations for these spells are definitely needed, especially for the players who are being raised. Whenever I die I really have to focus and look out for other players raising me or I will miss it. Distinct animations for the different spells should also be implemented at some point but I would not mind the same animation for all of them until the developers found the time to do different ones. Just having them is a real necessity at the moment in my opinion.

    An animation for the raise spells would definitely help since many people miss it or don't know that they've gotten a raise. Pillar of light/angel feathers/cherubs would be cool to see.

    An additional issue I would like to bring up is the following:

    Please display a timer for the person receiving the Raise, etc, displaying how much time they have left to accept the Raise.
    Currently there appears to be a one minute time limit in which the person Raised needs to accept. With no animation, and no feedback as to when the timer expires, tactical decisions are made much more difficult.

    It would be hard for me to accept a raise animation with feathers since that animation comes out of the fact you are using phoenix downs, which aren't in xiv. A raise animation period would be nice, but not one that doesn't make any sense. The raise animation from XI was fine, they just need actually make raise noticeable and not overly flashy either, c'mon i'm raising you but the battle might still be going on, who needs a flashy ass feather animation in their face while they're trying to fight a mob. Flashes of light is good enough imo, better than looking like you pressed return even though you got raised.

    Ya a simple pillar of light even would be great! WAAAAY too many people do NOT pay attention and miss tons of raises... that alone makes this worth it lol (Besides the obvious that all spells should have effects xD )
