[dev1016] Not stopping to draw a weapon and go into "active mode"

If there was absolutely no stopping then the person next to LNC could just go passive temporarily to run up to or around the mob then go back to active/hit their attack action at the same speed as the LNC.

Edit: I felt like I was too rude the first time. I feel like this post is strongly lacking sound judgment.
