    Like life every action is a give and take. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Need MP? Easy rank up THM to 20 for Siphon MP. Want to have the advantage when claiming the NM? Rank up lancer for Fleet of Foot.

    As we were saying once again . . . . If SE wants all but i guess ONE of us to be happy, the should allow moving while switching between passive and active and while raising or dropping your shield . Maybe the same thing with most skills.
