[dev1016] Not stopping to draw a weapon and go into "active mode"

ummmm every game makes you stop to draw your weapon. >.> even ffxi and WoW. Name 1 rpg that doesn't make you stop a sec then I'll eat my worlds And I need a vid link of it.

any instant attack will draw your weapon as a part of the attack

really we're not even asking for that, we just wanna be able to draw while running.
