I kind of wish active and passive modes were like WoW. You're passive until you have hate from an enemy. Drawing your weapon doesn't change which mode your in. And while we're at it, I would like it if you could run in active mode as fast as you can in passive mode. I'm really not sure why they have a movement speed decrease in the first place.
Yes I do have a My Little Pony sig because I'm not a complete loser who lives in his own little world, proclaiming something is stupid because I say so.
Stopping to draw your weapon I'm fine with, just pulling out your weapon every time you casting a spell or using a non weapon-based ability grinds my gears.
need JA0Wait XD haha. Everyone uses it now in XI
I agree on OP, it is silly that you stop.
I also dont like how if you are autorunning and you equip a piece of gear it makes you stop. I have put on various pieces of cloths in an all out sprint before its doable and should not make you stop running.
I have 8 crafts at 50. All I did was watch T.V. and spam standard for easy mode synths. Enjoy leveling those crafts in 1.19 and beyond everyone!
I like the idea of an active and passive mode, but I definitely agree that having to stop when drawing a weapon is kind of annoying, moreso when you take the delay into account.
I'm still perplexed as to why SE has to handle EVERYTHING serverside...![]()
This would be amazing. good thread, lets hope SE implement it![]()
Yes, please ^^ no stop to draw weapon would be really nice ^^
I must agree with this thread, very well though. Why should warriors stop to draw their weapons! They should be able to do that while charging against the enemy!
I vote YES for this clever suggestion.

Llan Hana.
