I believe there is 3 stages

Stage 1, a single person states something, gets no attention so they ignore.
Stage 2, 500 people agree on the single persons statement, it gets brought to developers
Stage 3, they will reply based on situation, currently they busy with battle system, dungeons, companies and cannot really apply ideas until after.

So do I think they care? At first, No. After interest, Yes. (They have to, not much of a choice).

yeah but if they listen to ppl that will more then likely quit this game when it isnt free anymore
or add more casual content because someone that is to them is credible

I agree, I am stating though some of those poster's I mean, I am sure majority of the community or SE wont miss them if the product they can put out attracts others to the game. Majority of the post's I have seen are a waste of time, dumb posts that just appeal to a select few that are biased against the game already....

edit* and no matter what SE changes/adds in/improves in the game those same people will complain about it, because it wasn't 100% their vision. We have seen evidence of that for the most recent Seasonal event

Easter Egg event happens and ends (more content engaging and fun and an actual true holiday event to enjoy because it was well thought out)

Honestly i think the only things brought to the dev are stuff that they had already planned anyways. Take a look at other threads with thousands of views and hundreds of comments asking for a specific feature but no comment at all from SE.... why? Yet they commented on the underwear thread...
