REQUEST TO SE: PLEASE let us filter buffs and add buff timers

Dear SE,

For a long time, you have used a simple, but effective party interface. Compact, cozy and you can see everything you need.

Please let us filter what buffs we can and cannot see. Something simple such as:
- Show only personal buffs on party members
- Show only boss debuffs on party members

For the boss target frame, please allow us to do the following:
- Only show personal buffs and heal over time effects on friendly target

One last thing, please add timers to party buff frames. As a healer, it's very frustrating to not be able to see a timer on my medica II and Regen hots. I imagine it's as frustrating for other healers to not see buff duration's as well. It can even be toggled:
- Show timer overlay on party buffs and heal over time effects
