When is SE gonna address the bots/players cheating in pvp frontlines? Or better still, when will SE get rid of the exp from pvp?

Probably never, unless the botters start botting in the PVE side.
There has never really been a huge GM pressense in pvp or at least none that any active pvper has noticed.
Many people have been reported for botting and game throwing in past feast seasons and you would end up seeing the same game throwers through the whole season.

This is actually the reason I never really got into pvp. I don't really think SE cares a whole lot about its pvp and there are much better alternative pvp games to get my fix. I hope this problem will be addressed and corrected in the future and maybe I will give it a try.

No way to really tell unless people report them or are always looking at PvP battles ( not likely ) The best thing is to kick them if they are in your group.

Except when you try vote dismiss them from your party, people reject the motion and I'm like WHY?

Maybe they're all bots as well that don't respond/automatically reject vote dismisses.
