Archer Gear / Post 1.20

I was interested in the NM drop "Eternal Shade" for my Archer but now with the changes is it still fair to say its good gear to have till level 50?

Check Carraway's Archer guide here, but short version is: prioritize DEX and PIE.

Attack Power is better for endgame archers than DEX/PIE. Especially against high defense mobs. (referring to hand slot materia, minimal gains on other gear may not make them a better choice).

Eternal Shade is still fine for leveling to 50, though if you solo at all, you'll probably want to get a new body in the late 30s or early 40s (ex. Peisteskin Harness at L42) for the higher defense.
